Pre-Applied
Thread Locking
Pre-applied thread locking chemistries — including Loctite Dri-Loc 201 yellow and 204 red, PRECOTE 80 and 85, ND Industries 593S and 1193S, and Bradley White Nylon Patch (not a chemical) — are applied dry-to-the-touch to fastener threads before assembly. The coating activates under clamp load and cures into a thermoset polymer that locks the joint and resists vibration loosening. Used in automotive, small engine, marine, and appliance OEM assemblies.
Loctite 7 SKUs

Dri-Loc
The yellow loctite most OEM prints specify is Dri-Loc 200 or 201 — a dry-to-the-touch pre-applied film that remains inert until thread engagement shears the coating and releases a quick-curing anaerobic resin. Dri-Loc 204 Red is the high-strength version specified for permanent assemblies.
200 Yellow 201 Yellow 202 Green 203 Silver 204 Red 2045 Red STS Light Blue
PRECOTE 5 SKUs

Precote
Solvent-free micro-encapsulated acrylates for sealing and locking of threaded fasteners. PRECOTE 80 and PRECOTE 85 are the most commonly specified grades — favored for European OEM and drivetrain assemblies where a dry film with predictable break-loose torque is required.
ND Industries 5 SKUs

ND Adhesives
Microencapsulated room-temperature curing adhesives. ND 1193S and ND 593S are the primary grades — capsules shear on thread engagement and release the adhesive without a cure window. Strong fit for moderate-to-high break-loose torque applications.
ND 1193S Neutral ND 1193S Orange ND 593S Blue ND 593S Yellow Expand-A-Lock
Bradley 4 SKUs

Nylon Patch
A mechanical thread locker — a permanently bonded nylon element applied directly to the fastener thread. Unlike chemical threadlockers, the nylon patch creates prevailing torque through compression rather than adhesion, and remains reusable for up to 5 assembly cycles with progressively reduced break-loose torque. Specified where service access is required.
360° Black 360° Yellow High-Temp Red White Standard 90°/120°
Loctite 1 SKUs

Brass-Loc
Low-to-medium-strength threadlocker and sealant formulated for copper-zinc alloys. Will not cause stress corrosion cracking in brass — the critical failure mode when standard anaerobic threadlockers are applied to brass fittings.
Pre-Applied
Thread Sealing
Pre-applied thread sealants — including Loctite Vibra-Seal 516 and 517 (orange), Dri-Seal 513 (white), and Federal Process EverSeal — prevent leaks in fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling system fasteners. Applied dry-to-the-touch at the service center, they start to seal on first-turn installation and deliver consistent first-turn containment without the mess or variability of shop-applied sealant.
Loctite 4 SKUs

Vibra-Seal
Pre-applied, water-based sealant that dries to a resilient, non-curing film for tapered or straight threads. Vibra-Seal 516 and 517 (both orange) are the most specified grades — used across fuel, hydraulic, and pneumatic fittings where an orange thread sealant is required by print.
Loctite 2 SKUs

Dri-Seal
Pre-applied water-based sealant for tapered or straight threads. Dries to a resilient non-curing film — proven in water, oil, and gas service. Loctite 513 (Dri-Seal white) carries UL approval for potable-water system fasteners.
Federal Process 2 SKUs

EverSeal
Water-based sealant for sealing against air, hydraulic fluids, and most other fluids across a wide range of substrates and service conditions. Available in blue (183) and white (483).
Thread Masking & Product ID
& Other Solutions
Specialty applications beyond locking and sealing — head-paint identification, anti-galling coatings, plastisol head seals, retainers, and thread-masking systems for downstream coating operations. Applied to your customer-supplied fasteners under ISO 9001:2015. One vendor, one process, one shipment.
Bradley 1 SKUs

Product Identification
Bradley adds an identification color to the head or tip of your fasteners — helping line operators avoid mixing parts on the assembly floor. Applied at the same time as thread coating where required.
Lakeside Plastics 2 SKUs

Plastisol
Applied under the head of fasteners, Plastisol provides a positive seal that eliminates leaks. Cushions, insulates, and reduces noise and vibration. Replaces O-rings and nylon washers in many sealing applications.
Loctite 1 SKUs

Anti-Seize
Dry-to-the-touch anti-galling thread lubricant. Delivers consistent torque on stainless and high-friction fastener systems without the mess of paste lubricants — and without contaminating the assembly cell.
Tectorius 1 SKUs

Tec-Stay 592
Fastener and component retainer. Holds parts in position during sub-assembly without curing fully — designed for vertical or upside-down assembly operations where gravity works against the build sequence.
Tectorius 1 SKUs

Tec-Flon
Thread-masking material for fasteners and components going into downstream coating operations. Masks threads from weld spatter, paint, or powder coat — reduces installation friction and keeps thread profiles clean.
Tectorius 1 SKUs

Tec-U-Seal
Industrial-use identification polymer. Visual marker for inspection-critical fastener positions on the assembly floor — applied at the factory rather than added by the line operator.
