OPEN POSITIONS · MON–FRI · NO WEEKENDS
Work at Bradley.
A large Midwestern shop with a stable book of business and forty years of continuity. We coat fasteners all week. We stop for the weekend. We’ve had employees here longer than some of our customers have been in business. If that sounds like the kind of place you’re looking for, here’s what’s open.

BENEFITSYES

Stable shop. Real work.
The pitch isn’t free snacks. We pay competitively, our shifts are predictable, the work is real, and a lot of people who join us stay for ten or twenty years. The business is forty years old and was profitable last year and the year before, and we expect to continue our growth.
Predictable shifts
Monday through Friday, 3 shifts. No weekends, no rotating nights, no on-call rotation for the production floor. Office and engineering follow the same schedule.
Stable book of business
Forty years in. Multi-decade customer relationships, low customer churn, and quarterly volumes that don’t whip around. The lights have stayed on through four recessions.
Real work, real product
A coating shop. A measurable output. Something physical leaves the building every day on a truck. You’ll see the result of your shift every day.
Long tenure, low turnover
Average tenure on the production floor is over a decade. Several of our engineers have been at the desk since the early ’90s. When there are questions, we ask the person who’s seen it before.
Documented & trained
ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2003. Every process is written down, every operator is trained on it, every batch is documented. You won’t be guessing what you’re supposed to do.
One location
St. Charles IL. 70,000 sq ft clean building. Every open role is at the one facility — no relocation, no remote-site confusion.

Paid Time Off
Vacation, PTO, IL Paid Leave and observed federal holidays.
Predictable Schedule
Monday–Friday shifts. No weekend rotation for production. Set-and-forget calendar; plan your life around it.
Training & Cross-Training
Documented training in every position. Operators are cross-trained across multiple departments. Pay scale rises with skills.
Employee Referrals
Referral bonus program for hires that stick. Most of our people came in through someone they knew — that’s by design.
Safe, Clean Floor
Modern coating equipment, organized work cells, posted PPE protocols. ISO 9001-audited environment — not a chaotic shop floor.
