Pre-Applied Thread Locking
Our pre-applied thread locking coatings deliver high resistance to vibration and loosening in OEM fasteners. These dry-to-the-touch adhesives are applied to the threads before assembly and activate under clamp load, curing into a durable thermoset polymer that both locks the fastener and seals against leakage. Ideal for automotive, marine, and engine components.
Loctite Dri-Loc
Dri-Loc is a dry-to-the-touch preapplied film for threaded fasteners. It remains inert on the fastener until assembly of the threads releases a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly.
ND Industries Adhesives
ND Adhesives are Microencapsulated, room temperature curing adhesives which enhance the anchorage of threaded fasteners. The adhesives remain dormant until the shearing action of engaging the fastener into a nut or threaded cavity breaks the capsules and allows the adhesives to cure.
Loctite Brass-Loc
Brass-loc is a low to medium strength thread locker AND sealant that will not corrode brass.
BRADLEY NYLON PATCH
Mechanical Nylon Patch is permanently bonded to the fastener threads and compresses upon engagement, causing a counterforce resulting in the torque value required.
PRECOTE
PRECOTE products are solvent free coating products based on micro-encapsulated acrylates for sealing and locking of threaded fasteners. Dry to the touch Pre-applied film for threaded fasteners. Self locking and sealing feature is created when micro capsules are crushed upon installation and material is allowed to cure.
